1x Per Week
This option is for those who are active and busy throughout the week. If you are active but want to fine tune your approach to your health, this is for you. I will meet with you once a week to have you go through a “pace” workout. This will establish the intensity and effort for each one of your subsequent workouts during the week. This is where I will go through technique and form, with you, for each exercise. We will then spend time at the end of our session with assisted stretching. I will have you rest on my massage table and I will go through a full body stretch with you. This is a great way to boost your week and keep accountability to your endeavors. This will be a great option for you if you want to stay accountable. You don’t have to worry about travelling to a gym or worry about finding out how to do things on the web.
$250 per month
2x Per Week
This option is the best for anyone over the age of 50. It is the best all around plan for seniors looking to regain and maintain a higher quality of life. It is specifically designed to ensure injury prevention, muscle dexterity, and flexibility. This option was designed with seniors from all walks of life, including seniors with dementia, using assisted walking devices or have problems ambulating (walking). This plan is designed to keep seniors in their own homes as long as possible. You will be able to do every day tasks with greater ease.This option is for those individuals who need a “drive” boost. If you find it hard to get out and exercise, but when you do, you feel confident to get the workouts done, this option is for you. You can take comfort in knowing that for at least 2 days a week, you are going to get a great workout and stretch.

3x Per Week
This option is for those who need a “motivation” boost. If you don’t have the desire to workout or the desire to stay active, this plan is for you. We will formulate a plan to get you active, keep track of your workouts and develop habits to keep you active and moving throughout the week. The good news is that you will be doing this with someone and you won’t have to do it alone. You won’t worry about going to a gym, finding parking, waiting for machines and wasting money of travel. You will have a Degree Certified Personal Training come to you, write your workouts and walk you through them, get a full body stretch after each workout and the comfort of knowing that you will see results..
$600 per month
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR BODY
This is the stretch that will allow us to get to know the issue we need to help solve for you. It will last approximately 20-30 minutes as we are evaluating your needs. This is the time where you get to know our trainer and ask any questions you may have.
